At Kennett Square Family Dentistry, we strive to provide every patient with the highest quality care and individual attention. Because each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you must change your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.

Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit to schedule future visits.

 We understand that emergencies or unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, please call us as soon as possible so we can assist in rescheduling your visit.
